Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) – Metal Me !

Ce contrat a pour but de définir les conditions générales de vente et les relations contractuelles qui s’établissent entre HYRAW DESIGN et son client lors d’un achat. Ces conditions sont complètes et définitives. Elles sont opposables à un tiers.


Ce document explique simplement les règles qui s'appliquent lorsque vous achetez un produit sur le site www.metalmeclothing.com. En passant commande, vous acceptez l'ensemble de ces conditions.

  • En cas de désaccord : Si un litige survient et que nous ne parvenons pas à trouver un accord amiable, seul le Tribunal sera compétent pour régler l’affaire.

  • Annulation de commande : Nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler la commande d'un client avec lequel nous aurions déjà eu un problème de paiement ou un litige par le passé.

  • Propriété des articles : Les produits commandés restent la propriété de Metal Me ! tant que vous ne les avez pas entièrement payés.

  • Conseil utile : Pensez à nous indiquer votre numéro de téléphone lors de votre inscription. S'il y a le moindre problème avec votre commande, cela nous permettra de vous appeler rapidement pour débloquer la situation et vous l'envoyer au plus vite.

Conformément à la loi sur l'informatique et les libertés, vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de modification et de suppression de toutes les informations personnelles vous concernant.

3. Commande et validation (Signature électronique)

Lorsque vous validez votre commande en cliquant sur le bouton de confirmation (la procédure du « double-clic »), ce geste a la même valeur juridique qu'une signature manuscrite sur un contrat papier. Vous vous engagez alors de manière définitive, sauf en cas de rupture de stock ou si vous décidez d'utiliser votre droit de rétractation (expliqué ci-dessous).

4. Moyens de paiement et sécurité

Vous pouvez payer par carte bancaire ou Utiliser Paypal.

Le paiement en ligne est entièrement sécurisé. Lorsque vous saisissez vos coordonnées bancaires, vous quittez notre site pour naviguer sur le serveur sécurisé de notre banque, le Crédit Agricole, qui garantit la sécurité de la transaction.

  • Lutte contre la fraude : Pour protéger les transactions, nous enregistrons l'adresse Internet (IP) de votre ordinateur ainsi que l'heure exacte de l'achat. Ces données restent confidentielles. Cependant, en cas de tentative de fraude, nous déposerons plainte et transmettrons l'ensemble de ces informations à la justice pour l'enquête.

5. Préparation et délais de livraison

Les commandes payées par carte bancaire sont généralement préparées et expédiées sous 72 heures.

Nous mettons à jour nos stocks tous les jours pour éviter de vous proposer des produits indisponibles. Si malgré cela un article venait à manquer juste après votre achat, nous vous contacterons par e-mail ou par téléphone pour vous proposer plusieurs solutions :

  • Attendre que le produit soit de nouveau disponible,

  • Choisir un autre article pour le remplacer,

  • Annuler cet article et être remboursé de sa valeur.

6. Frais de transport

Les frais de port sont calculés au plus juste et les envois sont effectués par le service Colissimo de La Poste.

  • Livraison en point relais ou consigne : Si vous ne récupérez pas votre colis dans les délais prévus par La Poste (14 jours en point de retrait/bureau de poste, ou 5 jours dans une consigne Pickup), le colis nous sera automatiquement renvoyé. Pour que nous puissions vous le réexpédier, les nouveaux frais de port seront à votre charge.

7. Réception de votre colis

Dès la réception de votre commande, prenez le temps de vérifier l'état du colis et de vos articles. Si vous constatez un problème (produit cassé, colis ouvert ou abîmé), refusez le colis. Nous nous chargerons de régler le litige avec La Poste et nous vous renverrons de nouveaux articles en remplacement.

8. Droit de rétractation (Changer d'avis)

Si un produit ne vous convient pas, vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours ouvrables à compter de la livraison pour changer d'avis et nous le renvoyer.

  • Les frais de retour sont à votre charge.

  • Les articles doivent nous être retournés neufs, complets, non portés et non lavés.

  • Seul le prix de l'article vous sera remboursé (les frais de port initiaux de votre commande ne sont pas remboursables). Vous pouvez choisir d'obtenir un remboursement ou un avoir (bon d'achat).

9. conseils pour la longévité de votre produit

Pour garder vos vêtements en bon état le plus longtemps possible :

  • Lavez-les à 30° maximum et pensez à retourner votre t-shirt à l'envers avant de le mettre en machine.

  • Ne les mettez pas au sèche-linge et évitez le nettoyage à sec.

  • Ne passez pas le fer à repasser directement sur les motifs imprimés (si besoin, repassez le vêtement à l'envers avec un linge humide et un fer doux).

  • Propriété intellectuelle : Tous les visuels et modèles présentés sur ce site sont réalisés et vendus avec l'accord officiel de leurs propriétaires.
